AREA OBITUARIES -- JENNY EAKES MORRIS

Jenny (Eakes) Morris, age 65, of Fulton, KY passed away on November 23, 2020 at her residence.

She was born on July 4, 1955 to the late J.W. and Betty Eakes in Union City, TN. Jenny was owner and operator of Chuck’s Pizza in Clinton, KY and later was a waitress at Nicky’s Bar B Que until it closed. She was of Baptist faith.
Jenny is survived by her daughter, LaDonna (Chris) Brockwell of Fulton, brother, James Eakes of Hickman KY, sisters, Annell Merrell of Fulton KY, Barbara Gordon of Martin, TN and Pam Shore of Union City, TN, grandchildren, Amber Garcia of Houston, TX and Nathan Smith of Clinton, KY

In addition to her parents, Jenny was preceded in death by her brother, David Eakes.

Private memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Strong Funeral Home with Chad Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery. Private visitation will be held at Strong Funeral from 12:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 27, 2020.

State mandated guidelines require a mask to be worn at all times and Social Distancing to be maintained at a minimum of six feet.
