Pedestrian injured in hit and run collision, Fulton Police Department seeks public's help

Pedestrian Injured in Vehicle vs. Bicycle Collision

On Monday 3/8/2021, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Fulton Police Department responded to a reported hit and run motor vehicle collision in the 600 block of W. Highland Dr. The victim informed officers when they arrived that he had been riding his bicycle southbound on W. Highland Dr when he was struck by a mirror of a motor vehicle traveling northbound. The vehicle failed to stop to render aid and continued traveling on W. Highland Dr. The victim and witnesses were able to describe the vehicle as a 1990s model single cab Chevrolet Pickup, four-wheel drive, tan in color. The collision investigation and area video footage showed that the vehicle has a red or maroon driver-side door and is missing the passenger rearview mirror.
