AREA OBITUARIES -- JAMES CORUM

James M. Corum, a resident of Hickman, died May 3rd. He was 75.

Funeral services will be held May 7 at 1 p.m. at Strong Funeral Home, in Hickman. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the hour of service. Strong Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Corum, of Hickman; a son, Mark Corum, of Hickman; a daughter, Wendy (Kevin King) Corum, of Hickman; a brother, Wendell (Patsy) Corum, of Latham, Tenn.; a sister-in-law, Joanie Corum, of Meridian, Idaho; two grandchildren, Fancy (Randy) Moore, of Brosley, Mo., and Kenny (Brooklyn) Vowell, of Hickman; and three great-grandchildren, Colton, Charlie, and Harbor Vowell, all of Hickman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark Lafyette Corum and Mozell (Davis) Corum; and a brother, Harold Corum.

Born Feb. 12, 1946, he worked most of his life as a Wood Tradesman.

He was of the Baptist faith and a member of the West Hickman Baptist Church.
