Railroaders in third for South Division

The Fulton Railroaders end week three of their season in third place of the South Division after tacking on four more wins since June 16, bringing their record to eight wins and six losses.

Railroaders 9

Hoppers 10

The Railroaders defeated the Hopkinsville Hoptown Hoppers June 16, for the first time during their three total season contest. The Railroaders have faced the Hoppers two other times where they came short both times. The Railroaders finished on top of a 9-10 final score.

The Railroaders finished in walk off style after the Hoppers tied the game in the top of the ninth inning at nine. Parker Estes put a solo shot over the right field wall on his first pitch of the at bat in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the contest for the Railroaders.

Drew Bell was rewarded the pitching win for the Railroaders after coming in for relief in the ninth inning and pitching one third of an inning. Tristen Camp and Kaden Hill both came out of the bullpen to help relieve.

Miners 2

The Railroaders continued their three-game win streak beating the Madisonville Miners 12-2 June 17.

The Railroaders pulled away from the Miners for good in fourth inning, putting up five runs.

Logan Samuels earned the win from the mound. Samuels went five innings, allowing two runs on two hits. He earned four strike outs and walked one.

Parker Estes and Jackson Case each had a homer over the right field wall.

Madisonville 7

On June 18, the Railroaders traveled to Madisonville where they came up short in a 3-7 final score.

Keyshawn Mays started the game for Fulton Railroaders. The pitcher lasted five innings, allowing four hits and two runs while striking out three.

Bode Gebbink took the loss for Fulton Railroaders. Gebbink lasted two-thirds of an inning, allowing zero hits and one run while walking one.

The Railroaders tacked another win June 19, defeating the Owensboro RiverDawgs, 10-8.

Jordyn Naranjo was the winning pitcher for Fulton Railroaders. Naranjo allowed four hits and four runs over five innings, striking out four. Kaden Hill, Bryan Pina, and Cole Matthaidess all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Fulton Railroaders put up four runs in the fourth inning. The rally was led by a single by Patrick Music and a home run by Parker Estes.

Flash 3

The Railroaders earned another win on the road against the Henderson Flash June 20, with a final score of 6-3.

Seti Manase earned the win for Fulton Railroaders. Manase lasted five innings, allowing six hits and one run while striking out three. Gannon Dow and Tristian Camp entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
