Railroaders drop to third in South Division

The Fulton Railroaders fell to third place in the South Division, after tacking four losses to their 11 total season losses. The Railroaders are seven game behind the first place Hendersonville Full Count Rhythm.

The Railroaders opened their week on Tuesday in The Yard coming up short in their match up against the Hendersonville Full Count Rhythm 10-0.

After Wednesday’s off day the Fulton Railroaders traveled to Hendersonville, Tenn., on Thursday where they fell to the Full Count Rhythm 1-14.

The Railroaders fell to the Hopkinsville Hoptown Hoppers July 3 in The Yard in Fulton 6-8.

The Railroaders were defeated on July 4, hosting the Muhlenberg County Stallions. The Railroaders finished on the bottom of the final score of 3-9.

The Railroaders finished on top of the number one team in the South Division, the Hendersonville Full Count Rhythm with a final score of 10-4 July 5.

The Railroaders tacked on the first six runs of the game in the second inning. The Railroaders tacked on another two runs in the bottom of the third innings. The Railroaders headed into the bottom of the eighth inning with the lead 8-4. The Railroaders scored their final two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning.

Seti Manase earned the victory on the mound for Fulton Railroaders. Manase went six innings, allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out six. The Railroaders bullpen consisted of Kaden Hill and Bryan Pina who entered the game in relief.
