Railroaders add four more wins

The Fulton Railroaders add four more wins to their win streak, to bring it to a nine game win streak. The Railroaders weren’t just battling to keep their win streak rolling, but to fight Mother Nature which put two games on hold.

The Railroaders opened their week on the road against the Madisonville Oilers.

The Railroaders doubled the Oilers six runs to make a final score of 12-6.

The Railroaders kept the train rolling in Paducah against the Chiefs. The Railroaders rolled over the Chiefs 9-3.

The Railroaders hosted the Franklin Duelers at The Yard on Thursday night. The Railroaders defeated the Duelers 7-2.

The Railroaders were scheduled to host the Henderson Flash on Friday, July 16, but due to the rain the contest has been rescheduled for July 26 at The Yard in Fulton.

The Railroaders traveled to Franklin on Saturday, July 17. The Railroaders sent the contest into extra innings where the Railroaders finally pulled away tacking on three runs in the 10th inning.

Seti Manase started the contest on the pitcher’s mound for the Fulton Railroaders.

Manase lasted four innings, allowing six hits and four runs while striking out five and walking one.

The Railroaders bullpen went deep with four Railroaders coming in for relief. The Railroaders bullpen pitched six innings allowing three runs on five hits while striking out eight and walking eight.
