AREA OBITUARIES -- WILLIAM DAVID "SUPER" ALLEN

William David "Super" Allen, 67, of South Fulton, Tenn., passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, Ky.

He was born on January 8, 1954 in Fulton, Ky., to the late William Everette and Evonne Tucker Allen.

Mr. Allen retired as a janitor from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Union City, Tenn. He lived most of his life in this area.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Everette Eugene Allen of Paducah, Ky., Martha Kay Callison of Fulton, Danny Lee Allen of Dresden, Tenn., Deborah Lynn Hodge of South

Fulton, and Thomas Edward Allen of South Fulton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022 in Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton with entombment to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the hour of service.
