AREA OBITUARIES -- BRENT GREER

Brent Greer, 60, of Nashville, Tenn., and formerly of the Twin Cities, passed away Sept. 26, 2022 at the St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

He was born on Dec. 14, 1961 in Fulton, Ky., to the late Thomas Earl Greer and Katherine Greer Henderson of South Fulton, Tenn.

He was a member of the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a retired Restaurant Manager. He was a past president of the Fulton Country Club and was an avid golfer. He was the manager of the former Leader Sporting Goods in Fulton, Ky., and managed multiple restaurants.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his step-father, Larry Henderson, of South Fulton, Tenn.; two daughters, Kelly (Shane) McDaniel, of Lexington, Ky., and Kristen Greer, of Union City, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, Myla and Mae McDaniel, all of Lexington, Ky.; and three brothers, Tommy (Margaret) Greer, of Martin, Tenn., Jimmy (Debra) Greer, of South Fulton, Tenn., and Kent (Marina) Greer, of South Fulton, Tenn.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sun., Oct. 2, at the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held Oct. 2 at the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.
