AREA OBITUARIES -- GAIL SCEARCE

Mrs. Anita Gail Scearce, 84, of Fulton, Ky. passed away September 27, 2022 at The Waters in Union City, Tenn.

She was born on January 14, 1938 in South Fulton, Tenn., to the late Clara Clark Lakotich.

Gail was a member of Cayce Baptist Church and was the Owner of the former Factory Discount Shoes.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy Scearce of Fulton, to whom she was married December 18, 1955; a son, Barry (Cindy) Scearce of Franklin, Tenn.; a daughter, Dena (April) Benson-Scearce of Nashville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Jack Scearce of Franklin, Tenn., Alex Scearce of Orono, Maine and Hudson Benson-Scearce of Nashville, Tenn.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. September 30, 2022 in the Cayce United Methodist Church Cemetery. There will be no visitation held at Hornbeak Funeral Home of Fulton and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
