AREA OBITUARIES -- GALE MENDENHALL

Mr. Morris Gale Mendenhall, age 71, of South Fulton, TN passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the AHC Paris Nursing home in Paris, TN.

He was born on September 27, 1951 in Paducah, KY to the late Morris Lacy and Jean Baker Mendenhall.

Mr. Mendenhall was a member of the Fulton Cumberland Presbyterian Church and worked for the former Office

Outfitter in Fulton, KY from 1973-1974. He then worked for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company

in the Final Finish Department from 1974-2008. Mr. Mendenhall was a former Boy Scout Leader and lived all of his life in this area.

He is survived by his children: Marcie (Jason) Boren of Hazel, KY and Hunter (Bethany) Mendenhall of South Fulton, TN, seven grandchildren: Hannah Boren of Paris, TN, Blake Boren of Hazel, KY, Leah, Paul, Kimberly, Abigail and Noah Mendenhall all of South Fulton, TN, two great-grandchildren: Salem and Avery Helton of Paris, TN.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Roberts Mendenhall to whom he was married to for 49 years, a son Robert Glenn Mendenhall and two brothers, Ricky and Terry Mendenhall.

Funeral services will be held at 3PM Monday, October 3, 2022 in Fulton's Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1 PM Monday until the

hour of service.
