AREA OBITUARIES -- CARL HOUSTON BURNHAM

Carl Houston Burnham, age 88, of Fulton, KY passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at the Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray, KY.

He was born on January 19, 1935 in Graves County, KY to the late Wallace Burnham and Florence Boyd

Burnham.

Carl was a member of the Pilot Oak Baptist Church and was a United States Army veteran. He was a Carpenter

for Carpenters Union Chapter 367.Carl was also a member of the Roberts Lodge #172 and the Disabled American Veteran #106 in Mayfield, KY.

He is survived by his wife, Liza Marie McClain Burnham, whom he married September 3, 1957, two sons: Gregory

Burnham of Fulton, KY and Timothy Burnham of Fancy Farm, KY, a sister Charlene Davis of Granite City, IL and two brothers: Jimmy Burnham of Clinton, KY and David Burnham of Pilot Oak, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Burnham.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Monday, May 1, 2023 in Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9AM Monday until the hour of service.
