AREA OBITUARIES - June Mosley
Ms. Glenda June Mosley, 82, of Hickman, Ky., passed away 6:45 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2023, at AHC Union City, Tenn.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at West Hickman Baptist Church. Brother Jason Sipes will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at West Hickman Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Greg Grissom, Lynn Grissom, Tyler Mosley, Jason Brann, Jeremey Moreland, Danny Kimbell and Sam Kimbell.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
June was born June 8, 1940, in Hickman, Ky., daughter of the late Porter and Lillie (Hodges) Gaddie. She worked as a nurse for 32 years at the former Fulton Hospital and Parkway Regional Hospital. She was a member of West Hickman Baptist Church. She was known as Nana to her grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter, Cathy Kimbell (Danny) of Fulton, Ky.; one son, Mark Mosley (Anna) of Union City, Tenn.; one sister, Jo Grissom of Hickman, Ky.; seven grandchildren, Jason Brann (Kimberly) of Fulton, Ky., Jeremey Moreland (Brandee) of Union City, Tenn., Tyler Mosley (Rachel) of Jackson, Tenn., Shelby Mosley of Jackson, Tenn., Kristen Rushing (Michael) of Murray, Ky., Emily Kimbell of Frankfort, Ky., and Sam Kimbell (Krissy) of South Fulton, Tenn.; eight great-grandchildren, Alaina Brann, Mia Moreland, Brody Moreland, Avery Moreland, Jaxen Moreland, JP Mosley, Madison Rushing, Delaney Kimbell, Madalyn Moore, Dylan Roberts, Kenzie Curry, Kylie Curry and Chase Curry; nephews, Greg Grissom (Denise) of Cadiz, Ky. and Lynn Grissom of Gilbertsville, Ky.; best friend and cousin, Joy Kemp of Hickman, Ky. and cousins, Tom Hodges of Hickman, Ky., and Jenny Carol Hodges of Texas.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Nadine Gaddie.
