OBION COUNTY COMMISSION'S MAY 15 AGENDA ANNOUNCED

The Obion County Commission will convene May 15 at 9 a.m. for regular monthly session in the meeting room of the Obion County Mayor's Office, in Union City, Tenn. The meeting is open to the public.

The Session will be opened by the Sheriff, with Prayer to be arranged by Commissioner Ryan Ellegood and June term by Commissioner Danny Jowers.
The Pledge of Allegiance will be followed by Roll Call and consideration for approval of minutes from April 17, 2023 meeting.

Under New Business, included is 1. School Contract with Coca Cola; 2. County Clerk Reserve Budget Transfer ($3,435); 3. Interest Rate for Interfund School Note; 4. Interest Rate for Hot Mix Plant; 5. Year End Transfers;

6. 3 Dump Trucks for Highway Department paid for out of Debt Service in FY 23-24 ($400,000); 7. Notaries;

8. Appointments •Insurance Committee (1 Year Term) - Phillip Dunlap, James Gray, Heath Cunningham, Kimmy Butler, Dana McDonald, Nursing Home Board (1 Year Term) - To Be Announced in Meeting •West TN RR Authority (2 Year Term) - Ed Sims, Steve Carr; 9.
