AGENDA ANNOUNCED FOR SOUTH FULTON CITY COMMISSION MEETING SEPT. 21

The South Fulton City Commission will meet for regular monthly session on Thurs., Sept. 21 at 5 p.m. in the commission room of the South Fulton Municipal Complex, accessible through the rear parking lot entrance of the complex. The meeting is open to the public.

The public may speak about items germane to the agenda, during the time designated on the meeting's agenda, by signing in on the sheet placed on the back bench of the commission room, when entering the room.

To address items other than those listed on the meeting's agenda, the public may call South Fulton City Hall, 731-479-2151, no later than the Friday before the city commission meeting, to be placed on the meeting's agenda, as informational meeting packets must be delivered to the Commission prior to the meeting.

Guidelines for the public to address the commission are as follows: three (3) minutes will be designated to speak; those who want to speak relating to items listed on the meeting's agenda must sign in; and to address any items not listed on the night's agenda, before the commission, the City Recorder must be contacted the Friday before the meeting to be placed on the agenda, and the speaker's name and specific topic must be provided for the agenda listing.

Ordinance 2023-02 (An Ordinance to Amend the South Fulton Municipal Code) 12. New Business: A. Ordinance 2023-03 (An Ordinance Establishing a Maximum Amount for Purchases Without Public Advertisement and Competitive Bidding); B. Resolution 2023-14 (A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NOT-TO-EXCEED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000) SEWER REVENUE AND TAX BOND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH FULTON, TENNESSEE; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF THE REVENUES FROM THE SEWER SYSTEM; AND MAKING PROVISION FOR THE OPERATION OF SAID SYSTEM, THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF SAID BOND; THE LEVY
