AREA OBITUARIES -- MARY TRUE TERRELL COLES

Mrs. Mary True Terrell Coles, age 84, of Fulton, KY passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023
at the Diversicare of Martin in Martin, TN.
She was born on November 20, 1939 in Weakley County, TN to the late Dean Terrell and Alma
Johns Terrell.
Mary was a member of the Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church and retired from the banking industry.
She attended Chestnut Glade School and Martin High School, after high school she met and married
Max Richards (deceased) and moved to California and then to Neosho, MO. They then moved to Tulsa,
OK where she raised her family.
She is survived by a granddaughter Stephanie (Dale) Ksionzyk of Minneapolis, MN, two great-grandchildren: Samuel and Kate Ksionzyk of Minneapolis, MN, a brother Norman (Wanda) Terrell of Knoxville, TN and a sister, Treva Pryor of Searcy, AR, nieces and nephews: Harold Connell of South Fulton, TN, Steve (Martha) Connell of Tiptonville, TN, Lori (Ellis) Sloan of Searcy, AR and Bobby (Laura) Terrell of Union City, TN and several great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Herb Coles, a son David Richards, a daughter
Teresa Claunch, a grandson True Claunch, a sister Dorothy Connell and brothers: Darrell Terrell, Kenneth Terrell and infant brothers: John Alford Terrell and Elberna Lane Terrell. three nephews: Tim Connell, Ronnie Terrell and Alan Pryor.
Funeral services were held at 1 PM Saturday, December 2, 2023 in the Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral chapel with burial following in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 11 AM Saturday until the hour of service.
Pallbearers were Richard Williams, Dalton Gray, Joey Hall, Steven Connell, Dillion Keeling and Ben Sloan. Honorary pallbearers were be Harold Connell, Steve Connell, Bobby Terrell, Ellis Sloan and Matt Vanderloop.
