SOUTH FULTON MUNICIPAL REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION DEC. 7 AGENDA LISTED

The City of South Fulton Municipal Regional Planning Commission will meet for regular monthly session Thurs., Dec. 7 at 5 p.m. in the commission room of the South Fulton Municipal Complex. The meeting is open to the public.

Items listed on the agenda include: I. Pledge and Prayer; II. Determination of Quorum, Call to order;

III. Review/Approval of minutes.; IV. Old Business; V. New Business: a. Mike Taylor and Derek Sanders (200 Oak St); VI. Sign-In sheet for Questions, Comments, and Suggestions Germane to the agenda; VII. Adjournment.

Those in attendance who want to speak about items germane to the agenda may sign the sign-in sheet, when entering the commission room.

Those who want to speak regarding items not listed on the agenda may call the Public Works Department at South Fulton City Hall to be placed on the agenda.

Speakers will be given three minutes to speak, for items germane to the agenda, as well as those who speak regarding topics called in and requested to be put on the agenda.

The Public Works Secretary should be contacted the Friday prior to the meeting to allow time for board members to receive meeting packets prior to the meeting.
