AREA OBITUARIES -- BETTY ANN ARCHIE

Mrs. Betty Ann Archie, age 78, of South Fulton, Tenn. passed away Mon., Jan. 1, 2024 at the Baptist Health of Paducah.

She was born on February 5, 1945 in Obion County, Tenn. to the late Carnell Stephens and Elsie Trousdale

Stephens.

Betty was a traveling CNA.

She is survived by two sons: Edward Lee (Jeannie) Archie of South Fulton, Tenn. and Grady Lee (Susan) Archie, Jr of Milan, Tenn., her grandchildren: Jesseca (Tony) Semore, Becky(Brett) Griffith and Sara Archie all of South Fulton, Tenn., Taylor (Justin) Jackson of Columbus, Ky., Lane (Fleming) Archie of East Prairie, Mo. and Elizabeth Archie of Samburg, Tenn., five great- grandchildren: Riley and Ryker Semore, Graison and Wynn Griffith all of South Fulton, Tenn. and Brinley Jackson of Columbus, Ky., a sister Wanda Barker of South Fulton, Tenn., a brother Philip (Janice) Stephens of Water Valley, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son Stephen Lee Archie, a brother Wallace Stephens and a sister, Sandra Ferguson.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thurs., Jan. 4, 2024 in the Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral chapel with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wed., Jan. 3, 2024.
