Whipple Scholarship Applications

Post Graduate Scholarship applications are available to be picked up at the Citizens Bank or from school guidance counselors. The application must be return to the Citizens Bank or School counselor by April 15, 2024. This scholarship was established by Mildred Goalder Whipple, a lifelong resident of Fulton County. In order to be eligible, you must have been a graduate from either Fulton County High School or Fulton Independent High School.
