Fulton County Judge/Executive Jim Martin and Fulton-Hickman Counties Economic Development Partnership President Mark Welch were front and center in Frankfort March 28, to receive a ceremonial check from Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, for $2 million in Community Development Block Grant, CDBG, funds. The financial assistance will be utilized by the county, for the construction of new housing and made available specifically to acquire 12 lots and construct homes. (Photo submitted)
