July 19, 2024

Following action taken by the Fulton Independent School District Board of Education, meeting in special called session this evening at Fulton High School, Terry Sullivan will take the helm of the district, as the new Superintendent. He follows former Superintendent Jeff Rogers, who resigned to take another position in education, outside the district. Heath Cartwright had been hired by the board as Interim Superintendent, until a permanent replacement could be secured. Sullivan was present for the 5:30 p.m. meeting. "I'm very excited about this opportunity. I have been a part of this district in multiple ways for the last 24 years and look forward to working with all of you," he said.
