MS Lady Devils blank Bradford

South Fulton Middle School Softball Team traveled to Bradford Monday evening and shut out the hosts, 11-0

The Lady Devils scored a run in the first inning, added on 3 more runs in the second, 1 in the third, 5 in the fourth and capped the game with a run in the fifth.

Alli McFarland scored 3 of South Fulton’s runs, Avery Faulkner scored 2 and Lexie Martin, Audriana Mulcahy, Katie Grace Joyner, Olivia Morehead, J. Burke and A. Johnson each crossed the plate once for the Lady Devils.

Mulcahy was two for three at-bat, Faulkner and McFarland, two for four. Olivia Morehead had one hit in the match up.

Mulcahy, Faulkner and Martin each had a pair of RBIs and McFarland had one.

Mulcahy was the winning pitcher for the Lady Devils, allowing just two hits and striking out 13.

S. Matlock pitched for the Bradford Lady Devils, striking out three, giving up all 11 runs and 8 hits. L. Page and A. Birmingham each had a hit for Bradford.
