Fulton Tourism's day to ‘play, stay, enjoy matinee’ this Saturday, Aug. 31

The Fulton Tourism Commission will host a day to Play, Stay and enjoy a Matinee in downtown Fulton this Saturday.

Come to play on the bouncy houses and enjoy children’s activities downtown Fulton Aug. 31 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The Fulton Police Department will provide the bouncy house, with the Fulton Fire Department and the Ken-Tenn EMS to host games and activities for children, all free of charge.

Downtown area businesses, including Ventures Village will be open so visitors are encouraged to stay and shop, as well as enjoy snacks or a meal in one of the downtown Fulton restaurants, which participate in the downtown EDC (Entertainment Destination Center), offering adult beverages in official cups, served “to-go”, and enjoy within the downtown EDC area.

The evening will conclude with a free showing of a movie, “Elf” at the Farmers Market, where families are invited to bring blankets or chairs and enjoy the showing.
