1. Consider Municipal Order 2023-152 Authorization for Mayor to approve and sign a
request for post-approval of the Procurement Process utilized by the City to determine a
vendor for the 2024 Fire Truck Project with USDA
2. Consider Municipal Order 2023-153 to Rescind Municipal Order 2023-31 to amend the
sealed bid from Reveal Underground Services in the amount of $28,442 to repair a water
