AREA OBITUARIES -- LINDA LOU WOOD
Mrs. Linda Lou Wood age 76, of Hickman, Ky. passed away November 23, 2024, at her residence.
She was born on March 1, 1948, in Paducah, Ky., to the late Luther and Hazel "Heal" Hodge.
Mrs. Wood was of the Pentecostal faith and worked in the nursing home industry. She was a previous graduate of Beauty School.
Mrs. Wood is survived by her daughter, Rejetta House of Hickman, Ky., and one son, Joel "Matt" Wood of Ledbetter, Ky.
In addition, she is survived by six grandchildren: Joseph Vanden Raaf of Hickman, Ky., Vincent Wood of Paducah, Ky., Caterina Wood of Paducah, Ky., Xander Fasoloof Ledbetter, Ky., Sabastian Fasolo of Washington State, and Harlea Hull of Ledbetter, Ky.; nine great-grandchildren: Jayden Wood, Danny Beggs, Gohan Longsworth, Alyssa Sawyers, Nova Fasolo, Mollie Wood, Mika Wood, Xander Fasolo, and Alyssa Sawyers.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Private family memorial services will be held at the Belknap Masonic Cemetery in Belknap, Illinois.
