THE FULTON CITY COMMISSION WILL MEET FOR REGULAR SESSION ON MON., DEC. 9 AT 6 P.M. AT THE FULTON CITY HALL COMMISSION ROOM. THE MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE LISTED ON THE MEETING'S AGENDA:

Remarks and Request from Visitors 

1. Consider Municipal Order 2025-6 approval of the minutes of a regular meeting held on November 27, 2024. 

2. Consider Municipal Order 2025-7 to authorize the Mayor to sign any and all necessary  documents in the acceptance and execution of KYEM FEMA BRIC Grant EMA-22BR- 014 for scoping project to identify flood mitigation strategies. 

3. Consider Municipal Order 2025-8 to designate Bruce Atterberry as the Cemetery Sexton  Effective 12-01-2024. 

4. Consider Municipal Order 2025-9 to designate Police Chief Allen Poole as the ABC  administrator for the City effective 12-01-2024. 

5. Consider Municipal Order 2025-10 to authorize the City Manager to submit a 2024 AFG (Assistance to Firefighters Grant) for the fire department to obtain personal protective equipment and training props in the approximate amount of $200,000 with a 5% match. 

6. Consider Municipal Order 2025-11 to authorize the Mayor to sign a Triple Net Lease for  Lohaus Field with Fulton Railroaders Baseball Club 2024. 

7. Consider Municipal Order 2025-12 to authorize the City Manager to advertise for a City  Mechanic position. 

8. Per KRS 61.810 (1) consider municipal order 2025-13 to adjourn into executive session  for the purpose of discussions or that might lead to the appointment, dismissal, or discipline of an individual employee.
