AREA OBITUARIES – Carol Ann Henderson

Carol Ann Henderson, of Cayce, Ky., passed away Fri., Jan. 31, 2025 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Ky.
She was born Feb. 17, 1945 to the late Felbert and Katie Busby Jones in Dorena, Mo. She was a member of Cayce Baptist Church. She worked for the former Henry I Siegel garment company (HIS) and the Liggett Corporation. She was the former owner and operator of the Cayce Cafe.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy D Henderson Sr., to whom she married on July 29, 1963 in Hickman, Ky.; three sons, Jimbo Henderson, of Fulton, Ky,, Shane Henderson, of Cayce, Ky., and Chris (Lisa) Henderson, of Las Vegas, NV; one daughter, Rhonda (William) Ferguson, of Hardin, Ky.; six grandchildren, Ashley (Juan) Guzman, of Fulton, Ky., Jake (Nikki) Henderson, of Cayce, Ky., Ryan (Jessica) Henderson, of Fulton, Ky., Allyson Dick, of Cayce, Ky., Brandi (J.D.) Hindman, of Cuba, Ky., and Miranda (Nick) Waldrup, of Mayfield, Ky.; 10 great-grandchildren, Mylei Sims, of Fulton, Ky., Bryce Johnson, of Fulton, Ky., Carmen Henderson, of Cayce, Ky., Wrynlee Henderson, of Fulton, Ky., Kaidyn and Kyndlee Hindman, of Cuba, Ky., Everleigh and Juliette Waldrup, of Mayfield, Ky., and Allie and Chloe Temke, of Fulton, Ky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant son, Michael Lee Henderson; five brothers; five sisters; and a daughter-in-law, Carmen Henderson.
Funeral services will be held Fri., Feb. 7, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Burial will follow at the Cayce Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thurs., Feb. 6, 2025 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel from 5 - 8 p.m.
