City of South Fulton Parks and Recreation Board to meet April 1; Agenda listed

The City of South Fulton Parks and Recreation Board will meet Tues., April 1 at 5:30 p.m. in the South Fulton Municipal Complex commission room. The meeting is open to the public. The following items will be listed on the agenda:
I. Call to order / Roll Call
II. Approval of Minutes
III. Financials
IV. Old Business, A. Finalizing Easter Egg Event
V. New Business, a. Taquanta Neloms – Showcase
VI. Sign-In sheet for Question, Comments, and Suggestions Germane to the agenda.
VII. Adjournment
To speak about items germane to the agenda please sign the sign in sheet on the back pew when you walk in.
If you have something else you would like to address the Park Board on, please call the Public Works Administrative Assistant the Friday before the meeting to get on the agenda.
The guidelines are as follows:
3 minutes to talk.
Only on agenda items only for sign ins
Call in to be put on the agenda to speak about a specific topic.
Public Works Administrative Assistant needs to know on Friday by 1:00pm before the meeting so we can get the packets out to the park board.
