Kathryn “Kathy” Ann Hill Faulkner Phegley, 68, of Paducah, Ky., passed away on Fri., June 27, 2025, at her home.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed taking care of others and supporting the less fortunate. She loved Jesus her Lord and Savior and was a devout Christian.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip Kennedy Phegley; two children, Rebecca “Leigh” Faulkner Storie, of Union City, Tenn., and Amanda Lynn Faulkner Jenkins, of Union City, Tenn.; four stepchildren, Shannon King, Robert Gray, Vicki Terrell, Barbara Finney; two siblings, Sandra “Sandy” Birchem and Tammie Binowski; six grandchildren, Izzy Scout Storie, Jedidiah Jerquan Jenkins, Silas Aaron Jenkins, Michael Josiah Jenkins, Saniya Faith Jenkins, Chace Areli Jenkins; one great-grandson, Kah’mireion Prince Jenkins; and her father, Elgie Hill.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Gattis Hill; step-daughter, Jeanette Myers; one grandson, Reginald Aaron Jenkins Jr.; and two brothers, Jerry Hill and Dennis Hill.
She will be cremated and private family services will be held at a later date.
