South Fulton Parks Board to meet in regular session Aug. 5

The City of South Fulton Parks Board will meet for regular session Tues., Aug. 5 at 5:30 p.m. in the South Fulton Municipal Complex Commission Room. The meeting is open to the public.
Items on the Agenda include: Call to order / Roll Call; Approval of Minutes; Financials; Old Business; Discussion on the BBQ Event; New Business ; Election of Officers ; Halloween Event; Sign-In sheet for Question, Comments, and Suggestions Germane to the agenda; and Adjournment.
To speak about items germane to the agenda please sign the sign in sheet on the back pew when you walk in.
If you have something else you would like to address the Park Board on, please call the Public Works Administrative Assistant the Friday before the meeting to get on the agenda.
The guidelines are as follows: 3 minutes to talk; Only on agenda items only for sign ins; and Call in to be put on the agenda to speak about a specific topic.
The Public Works Administrative Assistant. needs to know on Friday by 1 pm before the meeting so we can get the packets out to the park board.
