Sealed bids may be hand delivered to Fulton City Clerk at 101 Nelson Tripp Place, Fulton, KY or mailed to Fulton City Clerk at PO Box 1350, Fulton, KY 42041 and received no later than August 20, 2025 by 02:00 PM CST at which time bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at the Fulton City Hall Commission Room, 101 Nelson Tripp Place, Fulton, Ky 42041 Each bid should be enclosed in sealed envelope and clearly marked:
