Lane restriction planned on U.S. 45 at KY 1648 in Fulton County starting Feb. 9 for concrete patching
February 04, 2026
A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will implement a lane restriction on U.S. 45/Highland Drive at the intersection of KY 1648 in Fulton County, beginning Mon., Feb. 9.
Crews will start concrete patching along U.S. 45 near mile point 0.8. This is at the intersection near Wendy's and McDonald's.
A lane restriction will be in place both during daytime work hours and overnight while the concrete cures.
Motorists should watch for signs directing traffic into the open lane, as work will alternate from one lane to the next throughout the project.
The work is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
Please use caution where workers and equipment are near traffic flow.
