Consider Municipal Order 2026-81, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on December 8, 2025; 2. Consider Municipal Order 2026-82, to approve the minutes of a special called meeting held on December 16, 2025; 3. Consider Municipal Order 2026-83, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on January 12, 2026; 4. Consider Municipal Order 2026-84, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on February 9, 2026; 5. Consider Municipal Order 2026-85, to allow the City Manager to surplus four Police vehicles and a dump truck: a. 2015 Dodge Charger, b. 2016 Dodge Charger, c. 2019 Dodge Charger, d. 2015 Dodge Charger, and e. 2006 Ford F-350 Medium Dump Truck; 6. Consider Municipal Order 2026-86, to allow the City Manager to accept bids for four Police vehicles and a dump truck: a. 2015 Dodge Charger, b. 2016 Dodge Charger, c. 2019 Dodge Charger, d. 2015 Dodge Charger, and e. 2006 Ford F-350 Medium Dump Truck; 7. Consider Municipal Order 2026-87, to allow the City Manager to sign a long-term lease with Gibson Connect to set up a fiber optics operations cabinet on city property along Lake Street; 8. Consider Municipal Order 2026-88, to appoint Ashley Fortner to the Senior Citizen Board; 9. Consider Municipal Order 2026-89, to accept $50,000 from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the Seventh Street emergency road aid; 10. Consider Municipal Order 2026-90, to authorize the Mayor or City Manager to execute all documents necessary to apply for and accept a 2026 Volunteer Fire Assistance (VFA) Grant through the Kentucky Division of Forestry for the purchase of communication equipment; 11. Consider Municipal Order 2026-91, to allow the Fire Chief to execute cooperative agreements with the Kentucky Division of Forestry for the Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) and Firefighter Property (FFP) Programs; 12. Consider Municipal Order 2026-92, to allow the City Manager to make a joint request with the City of Hickman for more animal control funding, and 13. First reading of Ordinance 2026-10, to increase the restaurant tax from 1% to 2% effective July 1, 2026.
