The Obion County Budget Committee will meet on Mon., July 6 at 9 a.m. in the meeting room of the Obion County Mayor’s Office.
Sam Sinclair, Chairman, will call the meeting to order and announce if quorum is present. The meeting will open with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, and then the approval of the minutes from June 5, 2026 meeting.
Other items on the Agenda include: 1. Approval of Private Chapter No. 62, House Bill No. 2650; 2. Presentation of Budget; 3. Appointments, Beer Committee (2-year term), Board of Hospital Governors (7-year term), and Reelfoot Lake Tourist Council (1-year term); 4. Notaries; 5. Any other business or budget transfers that need to be brought before the Budget Committee; and 6. Adjournment.
