The Fulton City Commission will meet in special called session at 9 a.m. on Mon., Oct. 5 in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room. 
The meeting is open to the public.
The following items are listed on the meeting’s agenda: Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance; Roll Call; and 1. Consider Municipal Order 2027-56, to adjourn into Executive Session following KRS 68.810 1 (f) Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee’s, member’s, or student’s right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.
Only agenda items may be addressed at this special called meeting. Other matters are not permitted.

The Obion County Budget Committee will meet on Mon., Oct. 5, 2026, at 9 a.m. in the meeting room of the Obion County Mayor’s Office.
Sam Sinclair, Chairman, will call the meeting to order and announce if quorum is present. The meeting will open with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, and then the approval of the minutes from the Sept. 8, 2026 meeting.
Other items on the Agenda include: 1. Airport/Air Evac Lease; 2. Debt Management Policy; 3. Dissolving Beer Board Resolution; 4. School 3-year contract for Microsoft Licensing; 5. Obion County Rules of Procedure; 6. Appointments, Finance Committee, one year term, Legislative Committee, one year term, and Solid Waste, finish out term due to one resignation; 7. Notaries; 8. Any other business or budget transfers that need to be brought before the Budget Committee; and 9. Adjournment.
