Fulton Police Department report (Jan. 15)

The Fulton Police Department reports the following:

On Jan. 9, Diahanna Katherine Hicks of Fulton was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking;

On Jan. 7, Timothy Allen Thedford of Trenton, Tenn. was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disp. shoplifting under $500;

On Jan. 8, Shayla Harper of Fulton was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, or disp. shoplifting, under $500;

On Jan. 9, Joshua M. Ostrander of Water Valley was cited for failure of owner to maintain required ins./sec., 1st offense;

On Jan. 10, Brandy Jewel Harrison of Union City, Tenn., was cited for no other state registration receipt.
