GARY LEE BOTT

Gary Lee Bott, a resident of Union City, Tenn., died April 7 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. He was 73.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, of Fulton, is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by two daughters, Susan (William) Tatum, of Water Valley, and Tracy Tibbs, of Murray; two sons, Gary (Sandra) Bott II, of Steele, Mo., and Ricky (Ashley) Bott, of Union City; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Rosemary Uhl, of Jackson, Miss.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Thelma Labertaux Bott; his wife, Peggy Smith Bott; two brothers; and a sister.

Born Jan. 2, 1947 in Ingham County, Mich., he had retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he worked in the Banbury Department.

He was a member of the Eagles Club and an avid bowler.
