Indictments handed down by Fulton County Grand Jury Sept. 10
Fulton County Grand Jury handed down 15 indictments on Sept. 10:
Chassity J. Adams, burglary, 3rd degree; and theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others, shoplifting under $500.
Christopher T. Wilson, kidnapping; assault, 1st degree domestic violence; criminal mischief, 3rd degree; and terroristic threatening, 3rd degree.
Desaray Boyd, theft by deception, include cold checks, under $10,000; theft by deception, include cold checks, under $10,000; theft by deception, include cold checks, under $500; and theft by deception, include cold checks, under $500.
Zakira Donald, complicity to robbery, 1st degree; possession of marijuana; and open container in motor vehicle.
Michael Downing, robbery, 1st degree.
Justin Derrick Easley, theft of motor vehicle registration plate, renewal decal; failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense; drug paraphernalia – buy/possess; trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (greater/equal two grams methamphetamine); receiving stolen property under $10,000; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.
Amy M. Haley, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; and resisting arrest.
Johnny Jack Harrison, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine.
Thomas. J. Koker, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; and operating on a suspended license.
George B. Reed, burglary, 3rd degree; theft by unlawful taking, or disposition all others, shoplifting, under $500; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.
