Cancellation

The Obion Creek Watershed Conservancy District Board of Directors meeting for Oct. 13 has been canceled due to the Coronavirus

Foodbank Distribution

Ken-Tenn Foodbank, 212 Carr St. in Fulton, will distribute commodities to Fulton County Seniors, CSFP, living in poverty, Oct. 16 from 10-11 a.m. Distribution to Fulton County households living in poverty, TSAP will be Oct. 23, from 10 – 11 a.m. Poverty, on a temporary basis, has now been defined as a maximum allowable income per month for individuals, at $1,968 per month, to receive commodities from the Ken-Tenn Foodbank.

Storehouse Ministry

Storehouse Ministry, located at 311 Main St. in Fulton provides free food items to those in need for any reason, including families out of work as the result of Covid. Donations of food items are now needed. Area residents who would like to contribute food items may bring the items to the Storehouse Ministry during hours of operation, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each Thursday and Friday.

City Council Meeting

The Clinton City Council meets the first Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Clinton City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.

Parkway Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is held every Thursday morning at 10 a.m. at Parkway Church of Christ, at 1301 Middle Rd., in Fulton; and every Monday from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Clinton.

Columbus Council

The Columbus City Council meets the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at Columbus City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.

AA Meetings

Alcoholics Anonymous meets at the First United Methodist Church in Clinton each Monday at 8 p.m.

FUMC Celebrate Recovery

The First United Methodist Church, 200 Carr St., Fulton, hosts Celebrate Recovery each Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. Dinner is served, worship and small groups are available for those who attend and child care is provided. For more information, call 270-472-3514.
