AREA OBITUARIES -- JOYCE BURTON NALL

Ms. Joyce Burton Nall, age 91, of Martin, TN and formerly of Fulton, KY passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the Van Ayer Manor in Martin, TN.

She was born on December 19, 1929 in Latham, TN to the late James Thomas and Minnie Pettit Burton.

Ms. Joyce was a member of the New Life Assembly of God in Fulton and she had worked for the former Fulton Hospital as a dietician. She lived all of her life in this area.

She is survived by her children; Joe (Becky) Gardner of Peoria, IL and Christy Nall (Eddie) Mathis of Wingo, KY, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three sisters; Linda (Kenneth) Stanley of Nashville, TN, Rachel Yates of Mayfield, KY and Doris Sadler of Michigan.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Marinan Barner, four sisters; Alma Blalock, Ilene Outland, Naomi Waldrop and Mildred Weldon and a brother Johnny Burton.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday in our funeral chapel with burial to follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9AM Wednesday until the hour of service. We do ask that you wear a mask to the visitation and services for Ms. Nall.
