PURCHASE DISTRICT HEALTH DEPARTMENT UPDATES VACCINE STATUS
The Purchase District Health Department has called everyone on 70 plus call list in McCracken to make
an appointment at least once. Some of these calls went to voicemail.
We are now opening our scheduling line to both those on our list and those that are 70 plus and did not register with us.
Please call 270-444-5170 to schedule an appointment. If you call and the lines are busy, please leave a message
with your name and the best number to reach you at. You will be called back to schedule an
appointment. Please be patient as call volumes will be high.
We will release a notice when scheduling has closed and another when it reopens. Lines will be manned from 8am to 4:30pm, outside of these hours you will still have an option to leave a voicemail.
We would like to make sure every 70plus person has the option to be vaccinated prior to us moving on
to the 1c population.
Please be aware you MUST be a Kentucky resident to receive a vaccine with us. If you are not, you will NOT be vaccinated. You MUST be either in the 1a or 1b population to be scheduled at this time.
When we move on to 1c, we will continue to contact those that have filled out our forms in relative
order to schedule.
1c will NOT be scheduled at this time. When we begin vaccinating 1c, we will prioritize the 60plus population. If you have not done so and are interested in receiving vaccine updates from the PDHD and being included on our list, please registered online at www.purchasehealth.org.
Phase 1:
1a: Healthcare workers, first responders
1b: 70 plus, teachers, and childcare workers (licensed facility, registered professional, or certified home)
1c: 60-69, CDC defined high risk, essential workers
