Foodbank Dates

The Ken-Tenn Foodbank, 212 Carr St., Fulton, will distribute commodities to Fulton County Seniors, CSFP, living in poverty, will be held March 19 from 9-11 a.m. Distribution to Fulton County households living in poverty, TEFAP, will be March 26 from 9 – 11 a.m.

GS Cookies

Ken-Tenn Service Unit Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana are conducting their annual cookie sale for $5 each box. To purchase cookies, contact Bridget at The Leader Store 270-472-3234; Ellen at J.R.’s Body Shop 731-479-2529; or Dawn at 731-335-5836. Cookies will be available through mid-March.

American Legion

Marshall Alexander Post 72 American Legion and Auxiliary will have their March meeting March 16, at 6 p.m. at the Carr Street Community Center in Fulton. The meal will be provided by the Legion; members do not need to bring any food. The meal will be followed by a short meeting of both the Legion and Auxiliary. All members are urged to attend.

Final TCY Sign-Up

Twin Cities Youth Summer T-Ball/Baseball/Softball League will extend registration through this Sat., March 13 at Fulton’s Pontotoc Community Center building, downtown Fulton, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This sign-up will be the final opportunity to participate in league play this summer with TCY.
