Paul Wade, of the Cayce community, died March 12 at his residence.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. March 18 at Cayce United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may meet at the cemetery at the hour of service. The family requests that a mask and social distancing be observed during the service.

He is survived by his wife, Earlene Bratton Wade, who he married Aug. 20, 1955; his daughters, Debra (Mike) Beadles, and Cheryl Dallas, of South Fulton, and Paula Johnson, of Cayce: four grandchildren, Kris (Amber) Elliott, of Tipton, Okla., Clay (Kristy) Beadles, of Clarksville, Tenn., Kaci (Billy) Collier, of Fulton, and Daniel (Julie) Dallas, of Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.; and eight great-grandchildren.

He preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Lizzie Mae Corum Wade; one sister; one brother; and son-in-law, Gary Johnson.

Born Feb. 21, 1929 in Fulton, he was a member of the Cayce United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He was a retired farmer and heavy equipment operator and had lived in the area most of his life.
