Obion County Sheriff's Department Deputies Cory Pinion and Jared Willcut recently came to the campus of South Fulton Middle/High School to set up and present the DUI, Driving Under the Influence, Simulator, from the Citizens Sheriff's Academy Class.

Students in Mr. Spain's class spent time "driving" the motorless vehicles with no "special" glasses first, then while wearing glasses that simulated different levels of intoxication.
The purpose of the presentation and demonstration is to allow students the opportunity to realize the impairments associated with driving while under the influence, the risk and consequences associated with the risk.
