AREA OBITUARIES -- JULIE LILIKER SIMMONS

Julie Liliker Simmons, age 36, of South Fulton, TN passed away on November 18, 2021 at Baptist East Hospital at Memphis, TN after a battle with cancer.

She was born on July 28, 1985 in Union City, TN. Julie was a member of the Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton, KY, was a graduate of South Fulton High School and Murray State University. She worked for the Union City Parks and Recreation Department.

Julie loved her family and her children were her greatest joy. She was a kind, loving person and will be missed by so many.

She is survived by her children; Chloe Anne Liliker, Alyssa Rae Liliker and Joseph Bryce "JB" Simmons all of South Fulton, TN, her husband, Joey Simmons, her parents, Freddie and Deborah Liliker of South Fulton, TN, her brother and sister in law, Joey and Nicky Liliker of Paducah, KY, maternal grandparents Robert and Sue Ainley of Dresden, TN, a nephew and niece, Drew and Anna Liliker of Paducah, KY and several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joe Fred and Thelma Liliker.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Monday, November 22 at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-8 PM on Sunday and anytime after 8 AM Monday until the funeral hour.
