Popup licensing station in Hickman Jan. 11

Fulton County will have a “popup” Driver’s Licensing station at the Fulton County Office Building on Jan. 11.

Appointments for Fulton County are now live on drive.ky.gov or the direct link is https://drive.ky.gov/driv.../Pages/Regional-offices-map.aspx

To book an appointment, wait for an email before the event or a phone call from the Popup staff working the event.

If a voicemail is received, return the call and the Popup staff will answer any questions.

Those who make an appointment, and find they are not able to get to the appointment, should cancel the appointment online as soon as possible to allow others to use the time slot.

Services that Popups offer include issuance, renewal, replacement, or duplication of a standard REAL ID credential-drivers permit, driver’s license, motorcycle license, ID card, or CDL- so long as the person coming to the Popup event has the proper paperwork or has completed all required testing or training so that the information is in the system.

Popups do not take cash, only checks, money orders, credit or debit cards. For those who may miss the chance at the popup event, plans are to have the Popup return to Fulton County in the summer.

The Popup event is not for driver testing, which is conducted through the Kentucky State Police.
