BLAYLOCK CELEBRATES MILESTONE BIRTHDAY

Paul Blaylock of South Fulton recently celebrated his 99th birthday Oct. 31 in a big way, with family and friends. He was treated with a special yard sign to mark the occasion, and refreshments for those who came to offer their birthday wishes. Blaylock formerly served as Mayor of South Fulton.
