    Hickman Chamber of Commerce hold ribbon cutting at Tokai

    RIBBON CUTTING AT TOKAI – The Hickman Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Tokai Carbon in Hickman on July 20. Chamber members Charles Choate, Robert Griggs and Donna Moore, Hickman Mayor Heath Carlton, Fulton County Judge/Executive Jim Martin, and Hickman-Fulton County Economic Development Partnership President Mark Welch met with Tokai Hickman Plant Manager Chris Harris and Scott Carlton, President of Tokai Carbon Graphite Electrodes, along with several employees of the Hickman plant were present for the ribbon cutting. Following the ceremony, an informative 30 minute meeting was held.
