FULTON COUNTY TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD TO CONVENE IN SPECIAL CALLED SESSION

The Fulton County Transit Authority Board of Directors will meet Wed., Aug. 24 at 12 noon at the Ken-Tenn EMS Classroom, located at 105 Nolan Ave. in Fulton. The meeting is open to the public.

The special called session's agenda includes the following: 1. Call to order 2. Executive Session. According to KRS 61.810: Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee's, member's or student's right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.

3. Discussion of Interim Executive Director Appointment; 4. Authorizing Resolution for Office of Transportation Delivery; 5. Signature Authorization- Removal from Bank Accounts; a. Security Bank; b. First Financial Bank; c. Citizens Bank; 6. Adjournment
