FULTON CITY COMMISSION'S OCT. 24 MEETING AGENDA ANNOUNCED

The Fulton City Commission will meet for regular session Mon., Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The following items are listed on the meeting's agenda: Consider Municipal Order 2022-47 to approve minutes of meeting Oct. 10; New Business, Consider Municipal Order 2022-48, approval of the paving list for FYE 2023; Consider Municipal Order 2022-49, to authorize City Manager to submit a letter of intent to apply for Building Resilient Infrastructure and Facilities (BRIC), a planned fund to cover flooding in the downtown area and in the Meadowview and Wells Avenue area; Consider Municipal Order 2022-50 to accept the resignation of Public Works Director Jody Jackson effective Nov. 3, 2022; Consider Municipal Order 2022-51, Authorization for City Manager to post the job opening description and advertise for a Public Works Director; Consider Municipal Order 2022-52 to approve the revised fee schedule for Bulk Trash and Yard Waste permits, for version 10/24/2022; Discussion of groundwater inspection report for 2022 from Kentucky Department of Environmental; Discussion of year end holiday closings for Thanksgiving, Nov. 24-25, Christmas, Dec. 22-27 and New Year's, Jan. 2.
