DATE CHANGED FOR OBION COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

After having been announced earlier this week, the Obion County Commission Budget Committee would meet on Nov. 9, notification has today been received, that the Budget Committee has changed their meeting date to Monday, Nov. 7 at 8 a.m. in the meeting room of the Obion County Mayor’s Office in Union City, Tenn.

The meeting is open to the public.

Sam Sinclair, Chairman, will call the meeting to order and announce if quorum is present.

Meeting will open with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Items listed on the agenda include: Approve minutes from October 3, 2022 meeting; New Business 1. Sheriff Budget Amendment - $1,500 (Walmart Grant) 2. TCRS Resolution Option 1 - Death Benefit 3. TCRS Resolution Line of Duty - Death Benefit 4. Appointments • Civil Service Board (1 year term) - Tim York • Ambulance Oversight Board (1 year term) 5. Notaries 6. Any other business of budget transfers that needs to be brought before the budget committee 7. Adjournment
